# Late policy for riders

We understand delays happen. Drivers will wait **up to 10 minutes** after the scheduled departure time for all ride types

* You’ll receive driver details 1 hour before departure
* If you’re running late, please communicate with your driver

### What to Expect

* If you arrive **more than 10 minutes late**, your ride may be marked as a **no-show** and canceled.
* You’ll need to **reschedule** at current prices
