Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have email support available.
We respond to you quickly through live chat - in-app, or website. Our support team is dedicated to finding the perfect solution for you.
Live chat is available daily from 7 AM to 8 PM in the central time zone. We monitor communication outside these hours, so support is always close.
To access this personalized assistance, open the app, click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner, select the "help" option, and send us a message. You can also message us via the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of your computer screen.
