For our station-to-station rides, we use highly rated, safe coffee shops and other well-known pick-up locations conveniently located along the route to your destination city. How you get there is up to you -- but we have a couple of recommendations. 

Please always take note of current traffic conditions and plan accordingly for your Hitch ride. Many apps estimate travel time and traffic congestion. Our driver will only wait for you for 10 minutes past departure time. After that, your ride will be canceled, and a credit refund is not offered.

Hitch does not have a policy for your parking, and we do not guarantee any availability. If you decide to drive to your pick-up location, please use your best judgment and note that this will be at your own risk. Hitch does not assume any liability or responsibility for the safety or security of your parked car. You should never park your vehicle overnight.
