You’ll see your driver’s details at least 1 hour before departure. At that point, you’ll be able to contact or call your driver directly through the app.
Rare Exceptions:
In some cases, driver details may be delayed due to:
A temporary delay in matching due to traffic or demand
A last-minute driver cancellation
You can always find the latest trip and driver updates directly in the Hitch app.
