Hitch credits and promotions hold no monetary value and cannot be used for tipping or transferred to another account.

If you need to make changes to your scheduled ride, you must cancel it. Please note that canceling your ride could result in the loss of applied promotions. However, any credits, discounts, or promotions can remain active depending on the cancellation policy described in the app.

Cancellation policies vary by product and route. The cancellation policy for your particular trip will be displayed on the confirmation screen and on the cancellation screen.​

Please remember that ride reservations do not include tips for your driver.

All rides must start and end at the specified time and location in the app booking.

All purchases are final sales, and refunds are not issued to the original payment method.
