If you’re bringing larger items like a bike or golf clubs, you’ll need to book an XL.</li> </ul> <h3 id="important"><strong>Important:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bags must be secured and must not block your view or operation of the vehicle.</li> <li>If you bring more luggage than what will fit in the car, your ride may be canceled. You can book your ride up to 60 days in advance - or as little as a few hours before departure time.

If you want to select another date, tap the date at the top of the departure schedule page and choose the day that works for you from the calendar pop-up.

How can I change or cancel my scheduled ride?

Should you need to change the time or location of your scheduled ride, you'll cancel the scheduled ride in your app and rebook a new ride with the change of information you need.

How will I know the status of my driver application?

After submitting your driver application on the Hitch app, you will be returned to the home screen. Your application has successfully been sent in for review and approval.

Approval Time

We're a small team; approval can take time as we manually manage each application. We are always hiring drivers, so if your application is in process, we will move it through the approval flow as best we can.

Common reasons for delays include factors such as incomplete information on applications, discrepancies in submitted documents, or high application volume. Ensuring that all submitted details are accurate and up-to-date can help minimize delays.
