Hitch offers a 5% discount for students actively enrolled in a U.S.-based degree program.
How the Discount Works
The 5% discount applies automatically to your fare.
The discount only applies if the final fare (after promotions, credits, or referrals) is greater than $0.
Check the app or website for any changes to student discounts.
How to Qualify
You must be enrolled in a U.S. degree-granting program.
Add your student email as a secondary email:
In the app: tap your profile → Account information → enter your student email.
Or swipe left on the home screen and add your email.
The discount will apply to rides once your student email is added.
